There is no Vegan Festival Adelaide without Volunteers!

There are many different areas where you can assist us. Please, when you choose from the tasks and time slots, select only the tasks and times that you are able to commit to and deliver in. We will be happy even if you volunteer for one task!!!

We are certain that you will be rewarded by your experience at the Festival. You will help promote a healthy and compassionate lifestyle to the local community, meet other amazing volunteers, and get experience in event planning, organising and/or operation (excellent for your resume). All while helping to deliver one of the best vegan festivals in the world!

In the online form you will be asked to provide your contact information, confirm that you will attend the Volunteer Induction, state what tasks and time slots you can help with before and during the Festival weekend, and to describe any relevant, additional skills.
*Sign and return the volunteer agreement form by 17 October (to be sent)
*Check your roster details and tasks
Wear a BLACK t-shirt Plus comfortable shoes and pants during the weekend - we will provide you with a lanyard & information sheets & Vegan Festival Cap.
*Check in at the gates with security - they will have a list of your names. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your shift
*Head to the public toilet area to see your roster and sign in (during the festival head to the information booth)
Breaks will be given to those working over 5hrs
*Remember those of you working 3hrs + will receive a $10 meal voucher for use at stalls marked as participating
*Familiarise yourself with the program and map (to come)
*Water will be available but please bring your own reusable bottle to refill. Sunscreen & festival cap will also be provided.

*Advise us of first aid training
