A Message from VegEvents

VegEvents was created to help support people on their vegan journey. We believed the way to do that was by helping people find vegan events virtually or near them where they can connect with others on a similar journey. Our goal was to put all vegan events, conferences, festivals, and markets in one place and make it so easy to find a vegan event that people are already on their way to one before they can change their mind.

We have decided to focus on other projects now that great organizations like Connect For Animals are continuining that work. Please visit Connect For Animals to find vegan events online or in-person.

Connect For Animals is a free, not-for-profit platform for people who want to create a better world for animals by ending factory farming.

Find events, groups, and like-minded people—and learn how to be more effective at advocating for animals.

Plant Based Information: your digital vegan welcome packet

Plant Based Information is your digital vegan welcome packet to help you go vegan at your own pace. We have collected resources from around the Internet and compiled them into guides designed to answer specific questions you may have. This way you can learn as you go along on your journey, without having to spend a lot of time searching the Web.

We also created Plant Based Information so that vegans and animal activists can send people to this one site and not have to spend as much time answering the same questions over and over about how to go vegan. They can instead focus on getting people to commit to making changes.

VegMovies plant-based and animal-friendly movie directory

VegMovies is the largest directory of vegan-friendly movies and documentaries. We realized there are many plant-based, animal-friendly and vegan-friendly movies out in the world, and no easy way to search through all of them to find something meaningful to watch. So we set out to create such a place.

At VegMovies you will find movie listings that are categorized and detailed. On each listing you will find a button to watch the trailer without having to leave our site. You will find warnings if the trailer or movie itself has any graphic content, along with descriptions of the content so you can decide if you want to watch it. You will find links to watch or buy the movie, and those links are specific to your country. And you will find information on how to host a screening, where available.
