This month we’ll come together for our vegan potluck and presentation on Food Choices and the Environment. According to the latest report by the United Nations body on climate science, if more of the world’s population shifts toward plant-based diets and reduces their meat consumption, it could significantly boost the planet’s ability to fight climate change.
