We know the journey to becoming healthier can be overwheming and confusing. It may give you the feeling of failure or guilt..PUSH THROUGH and join the founders of Fayetteville's Vegan Festival and Owners of Prima Elements Holistic Wellness Center. They will teach you, guide you, and encourage you to become healthy through the food you choose to eat.

Join us every 3rd Monday of the month to learn how to make some of our favorite dishes, such as Lasagna, Tuna Salad, Pizza and more!! Learn how to make food with out dairy and animal by products. Allow our chefs to educate you!!! SCHOOL WILL BEGIN @ 6:00pm.

Prima Elements will host a 2 hr workshop giving you the opportunity to::

1. COOK with a HANDS ON EXPERIENCE beside our VEGAN CHEFS
2. Take home the RECEIPE
3. Eat the food you made
4. Learn more ways to become healthier

Our cooking club has a class scheduled every (the 3rd Monday of the month) to help you discover new ways to enjoy your favorite snacks, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
