Join NFVS for our first delicious vegan buffet at Minerva Indian Restaurant! They will prepare Northern Indian cuisine starting with appetizers (samosas, mixed vegetable pakora), then main dishes (three curries, lemon rice, street noodles, rice cakes, and more). Add salad, naan, and paratha topped off with yummy gulab jamun for dessert. The cost is $20, which includes endless buffet, water/tea, gratuity, and tax. A range of beverages, alcoholic and non, are extra and available from their cash bar.
