In the spring, summer, and fall the St. Louis Vegetarian Society hosts potluck picnics at Blackburn Park, in Webster Groves.

These picnics are a fun way to meet new people and try different foods, whether you are a longtime vegetarian, new veggie, or simply curious about plant-based eating. Everyone is welcome.

We just ask that you bring

• a vegan dish to serve eight people (please note- some Vegetarian Society members consume dairy and may bring dishes with dairy)

• a list of its ingredients (or a label indicating if it is or is not vegan)

• your own drink. A water fountain is nearby

• your own eating utensils and plates (We will have a limited quantity of utensils and plates if you forget, but we want to keep disposables to a minimum.)

​The potluck picnics will take place rain or shine .

~If you play a musical instrument feel free to bring it and entertain.

~Paper plates and utensils provided. They encourage you to bring your own.
