Daily workouts will be posted, covering flexibility, strength training, cardio, and core work. Recipes and nutritional guidelines will be posted daily; fresh, bountiful, 100% raw foods only! Brian and Gia are here to support, encourage and guide you to the next level of your health and wellness. Daily motivation, accountability and interaction will be here in this private group; the more you participate, the more you will get out of it!
