Sweet Tomatoes offers many healthy options: abundantly fresh and the best salad bar in the entire Valley, 8 kinds of soups, fresh fruit, desserts, baked potatoes, prepared salads, fresh-baked breads, muffins, and pizzas. Besides the cornucopia of veggies on the salad bar, VEGAN items on their February menu (thru the 26th) include apples, pineapples, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, Italian White Bean and Spicy Cucumber Quinoa Salads; Creamy, Nutty Zucchini & Basil Bisque (w/c Pesto Croutons) and Classical Minestrone Soups (both VEGAN and real taste winners!). The Pasta Bar features Penne Arrabbiata. The sauce can be requested separately from the non-Vegan pasta - a Steve W. favorite on baked potatoes!

DIRECTIONS:
Sweet Tomatoes, 9029 E. Indian Bend Rd. (aka Talking Stick Way), is just east of Pima Rd. on the south side, about half a mile west of Loop 101. Exit Loop 101 at Indian Bend Rd. and turn west (toward Phoenix). After about half a mile, as you approach the light at Pima Rd., turn left in the driveway JUST BEFORE Hooters (near the SE corner), and Sweet Tomatoes will be on your left. If you're traveling east on Indian Bend Rd. or turning from Pima Rd., turn right in the SECOND entrance past Pima Rd., JUST PAST Hooters. Get lost? Call them at (480) for directions.
