All vegan food truck, Root 66 Food Truck is back on Weds, May 5 for Cinco De Mayo at Resource Brewing from 4:30pm until 8pm or sold out!
A portion of sales always goes to benefit Animal Protection of New Mexico!!
Flourish Mobile will also be joining them with some amazing vegan treats!
They will be announcing menu early next week. Will post it in photo comments once available.
