PLANT BASED NUTRITION isn’t a hard concept, but there are many concerns on a wide range of topics, including if obtaining a proper amount of nutrients is possible without animal foods. Our country has prioritized processed foods and a large amount of animal-based foods as being a part of the Standard North American diet, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

We have the ability to eat a whole foods, unprocessed diet without eating animals and obtain all the nutrients we need in the process. Wondering about where you’ll get your protein, calcium, iron, and B vitamins? No need!

Learn how to base your diet off whole foods, and how to eat a variety of vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans, and legumes. Jim & Janet will talk about how these foods contain a variety of nutrients that sustains anyone not eating animal-based foods and how it adds more fiber, phytonutrients, and antioxidants into your diet.

A whole foods vegan diet can give your body everything it needs, and here you can learn about some of the most common areas of concern, along with answers and information to explore, including a list of the most important nutrients you need and where to find them in a plant-based diet.
