Moroccan cuisine is considered one of the most important cuisines in the world. Join Chef Linda as we make a three-course vegan meal.

Get your passport to travel to Morocco from the comfort of your own kitchen. Moroccan cuisine is considered one of the most important cuisines in the world because of the diversity of influences from colonizers and immigrants who have left their mark. Join Chef Linda and learn how to cook a three-course meal that reflects a seasonal and vegan approach to the rich flavors and traditions of this North African country. Cook along or sit back and watch as we make:

  • Early Summer Tagine
  • Herbed Carrot-Apricot Couscous
  • Baklava-Inspired Stuffed Dates
