● Effectively using project management tools and technology (pre-recorded content to be watched on own time).

● Understand how and why to set goals and the importance of leading with purpose.

● Understand the importance of being organized, accountable, and doing exceptional work.

● Understand the importance and development of emergent leadership.

● Identify and develop skills needed to lead a team, including facilitating meetings, holding
others accountable, casting a vision, and managing different personality types on your team.

● Giving and receiving feedback with radical candor.

● Develop basic coaching skills.
