Have you had frustrating and disheartening experiences trying to talk to others about what humans are doing to animals and why you care about animal rights? So often our conversations around animal exploitation and animal liberation end up focusing on veganism, rather than the animals themselves. Taj and Dean will share with us about how we can reach people on a deeper level and more effectively frame animal liberation as a social justice issue, rather than just a diet.

In addition to this thought-provoking presentation, we'll also be sharing news updates and enjoying coffee and brunch.

- We encourage you to take public transit if possible, the lawn is just two blocks from Downtown Berkeley BART station.

- Dogs and other companion animals are welcome at this event!
- There will be brunch and coffee for suggested donation, please bring your own reusable plate and cup if possible!
