Let's get together to Meet and Greet and Eat, on Sunday, July 23rd! We will enjoy DELICIOUS Vegan or Raw Food, and share comfortable conversation with some totally awesome, like minded people. 

We're excited to return to one of our favorite vegan restaurants for this July event, because the food at Au Lac is great, the ambience is comfortable and the prices are reasonable. But remember, dinner is optional. If you're not hungry, currently on a fast or cleanse, or budget challenged, you can still attend. Enjoy just an appetizer, dessert, cup of tea or nothing at all, you're still welcome to meet and mingle with some super cool people. There is always plenty of free parking.

Everyone is welcome! Vegetarian, Vegan, and anyone Vegan curious or just interested in healthy food and meeting quality like minded people. As always, our vegan experienced members will be ready, willing and able to answer questions and share suggestions and success stories with anyone vegan curious.
