We are so excited to announce our Lancaster VegFest VIP event! While we are unable to hold our normal VegFest this year we decided to put our amazing VIP goodie bags to use and hold a mini-event.

On Sunday September 27th VIPs can drive thru the Lancaster Farm Fresh Coop parking lot to pick up their VIP bags and pre-ordered Vegan Treats order within the hour of their ticket (this is to ensure we don't get too many cars at once). After you have your goodie bags and treats you can choose to go into one of 2 food truck lines. While waiting in these lines you can browse and shop a couple vendors.

Goodie Bags

• A limited edition 2020 festival tote bag.
• Vegan Samples & Coupons from participating donors.
• Quite possibly the best collection of goodies yet!

Raffle Prizes

• Automatically entered for the raffle prizes.
• Winners will be randomly picked by a Golden Ticket in their bag.
• Be sure to look through your bag before you leave and pick up your raffle item at the welcome booth!

Vegan Treats

• Preorder Vegan Treats with our VIP ordering page!
• All orders must be placed by September 18th.
• Be sure your order name matches your Eventbrite VIP ticket.
• Your order will be conveniently prepackaged and given to you at the welcome booth with your goodie bag.
• The ordering link will be in your Eventbrite confirmation email.
• The menu is limited to keep orders manageable for our volunteers to handle.

Drive-Thru

• Exclusive access to our Drive-Thru VegFest.
• There will be 2 food truck lines and you will be prompted to call in your order when you are the 5th car in line (there will be a sign with number and menu). The window of the food truck is the pickup window.
• There should be no reason to get out of the car during your ordering and pickup process.
• In each food truck line there will be a couple vendors for you to shop from the comfort and safety of your car, including a drive-thru farmers market.
• Please wear a mask when you shop from the vendors.
• All vendors will have a convenient menu of goods so you can see what they have without getting out of your car.

* Only one VIP ticket needed per car to get in.

* There are no restrooms on site, the closest public restroom is right down the street at the gas stations.

* You must wear a mask if your window is down and you’re talking to any volunteer or vendor.
