Event Description

** POSTPONED DUE TO RAIN **

In memory of the 1568 individual souls and their joeys, some who have already gone and many soon to be killed.

Please join us in shining a light for each kangaroo whose life will be taken during the 2021 Annual Canberra Kangaroo cull.

The most persecuted native animal in Australia, we must shed some light on their horrific and cruel treatment by the ACT Greens, Labor and Liberals.

This Government is letting them down, and the 4,762 voters that opposed the killing of our precious icon in the 2020 ACT election.

This will be a peaceful, almost silent protest. Please wear extra warm clothing (layers is best) and bring a torch or Smart Phone with a light (fully charged). Parking is available off Sulwood Drive along the side of the Reserve.

Please contact one of the hosts if you can carpool.
