We are excited to host the Fourth Annual “Hudson Valley Vegan Food Festival”. The event will take place on Saturday, August 31st, 2019 from 1:00pm-7:00pm at the Newburgh Waterfront- The People’s Park in Newburgh, NY. Admission is $5 for adults, and is free for kids under 12 years old. The goal of this event is to promote health awareness, nutrition, and overall wellness through various eco-friendly, vegan, and vegetarian options.

This year we are promoting our motto of "Love, Peace, and Vegan". We feel it is imperative that we as a society start to focus on the values that we want to see representing us, while paying less attention to the negativity that plagues us. By embracing this motto, we can begin to live happier and healthier lives. Special thanks to Adams Fairacre Farms our platinum event sponsor and friend of the event!!

The Hudson Valley Vegan Food Festival will feature over 30 vegan/vegetarian restaurants and vendors from throughout the Hudson valley. Attendees can enjoy great food, live musical performances, yoga workshops, and a presentation on the benefits of a plant-based diet and lifestyle. Local business owners will also be in attendance to showcase their product and service offerings, which may include wellness and nutrition, art, jewelry, or fashion. Under supervision, kids will have the opportunity to participate in veggie-themed games and activities in the "Kids Fitness Corner". A portion of all proceeds will go towards a local community organization dedicated to providing recreational and educational opportunities for the youth.

Last year we had over 2000 attendees come out to enjoy a fun and family oriented environment. This year, we are expecting to continue our growth as a staple in civic engagement and community building for the Hudson Valley and City of Newburgh.
