What: Hike Trail 365A and 365 near Embudo Trailhead plus vegan lunch at An Hy Quan

Let's meet just outside the main gate to the parking lot. Park on the street just outside the main gate rather than going into the parking lot. We'll take trail 365A to trail 365 and hike around the dry lake bed behind the dam, possibly with a side trip or two to some scenic overlooks. This is a moderately difficult hike. Some parts of the trail are pretty steep but there are no long, steep hills, and we won't gain a lot of elevation overall. We will keep it to no more than 2 hours.

Please use care in ordering as not all dishes at An Hy Quan are completely vegan. Please respect all members of this ABQ Vegan Meetup event by ensuring that any food we bring along for the hike or order at the restaurant is completely plant-based (no meat, no dairy, no eggs, and no honey). If you would like to join for the lunch only, that would be great too, but I can only predict a very approximate arrival time at the restaurant of 1:00 PM, to leave some flexibility for the speed of the hike.
