Make your own jar of fire cider - the tonic for winter heath! Learn about the history, health benefits and ways of using it to stay healthy
Fire cider is a popular tonic for winter health, warding off germs and supporting our immune systems. It's made with ingredients you can easily find in your medicinal kitchen.

Come along to this "in person" workshop at the lovely Daheim Manufaktur in Kreuzberg, Berlin. We'll have plenty of space inside (and outside, weather permitting), for you to make your own jars to take home with you.

You'll be provided with:

-A jar for brewing your cider
-Ingredients for you to choose from, to make the basic fire cider and add flavourings
-Information on the history of fire cider and its health benefits, particularly through the winter months
-Instructions on making your own fire cider at home, to top up again when you run out
-Recipes for using your fire cider creatively in your kitchen

I’m Lisa – a plantbased chef living in Berlin, from New Zealand originally. I love learning about plants - the flavours, the health properties and all the amazing uses they have. My work is focussed on supporting people to take time to listen to their bodies, understand what they need, and nourish themselves with plant based ingredients
