Vegan means nothing contains or is made with animal products (ex. no meat, no chicken, no pork, no ham) or animal by-products (ex. no dairy, no cheese, no cream, no milk, no honey, no leather, no fur).

If this sounds new to you, don't sweat it! You can sample meat/ diary-free alternatives. A dairy and meat-free diet has been known to promote animal advocacy, better personal health, and environmental sustainability.
