**This is our first catered dinner since the world changed! The menu is created and all food prepared by our own Hudson Valley Vegans outstanding chef, Drake Page.**
We will gather on Saturday, May 14 at the Vegan Venue in Rhinebeck. Address will be given when you RSVP. It is at a private home.
This is a multi-course, fully served sit down dinner. A cocktail is included. You may also bring wine, if desired.
No need to bring a casserole or even your take-out cup, instead dress up a bit and enjoy an evening of outstanding vegan cuisine and conversation.
**I. Forsythia Blush (GF)**

**II. A Fresh Start (GF)**
Spinach, Radish and Green Onion Soup w/ Sesame Chickpea Crackers
**III. Appalachian Spring (GF)**
Wild Arugula and Watercress Salad w/ Creamy Tarragon Hemp Hearts Dressing, Pickled Purple Cabbage, Kohlrabi Sprouts and Herbed Corn Fritters
**IV. In Full Bloom (GF)**
Tofu and Green Pea Croquettes / Lemon Rice Noodles with Toasted White Lentils / Green Squash in a Sweet Cream Sauce / Mint Chutney
**V. Dessert / Coffee and Tea Service**

Advance planning is necessary so please RSVP by Wednesday the 4th of May. This event is strictly limited to 14 attendees. Will you be one of them?
