If you’re interested in learning the key to lifelong weight management, this is the event for you. Learn how “calorie density” can completely change your relationship with food. We’ll show you how it’s possible to eat food till you’re satisfied, never go hungry, never go on another “diet”, never count calories and still lose weight in the process. This is a sustainable, permanent lifestyle change.

This topic is for everyone, weather you want to lose weight or make healthier choices. Join us and enjoy some yummy plant based dishes and conversations with like-minded foodies.

WHERE: Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Church,
70 Jefferson St., Providence (there is plenty of parking)
COST: Bring a plant based dish* to share OR a $10 donation

Not comfortable making a plant-based dish or don’t have time?
You can bring a $10 donation instead!

*Please bring a completely PLANT BASED DISH, enough to share with 8 people (use any of the following food groups: vegetables, whole grains, legumes, fruits, nuts & seeds with no/low sodium and oil). Please do not use any animal products, i.e. meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, butter, chicken stocks etc.
