PBNSG Presents a Double Feature Special with Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, MD and Jane Esselstyn, RN

Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, MD, author of the bestseller, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease, will bring his medical and plant-based expertise to PBNSG and present: The Nutritional Reversal of Cardiovascular Disease: Fact or Fiction? He will explain that coronary artery disease is virtually non-existent in cultures that thrive on plant-based nutrition. Similarly, patients with coronary artery disease who transition completely to plant-based foods may halt and selectively reverse their disease.

Jane Esselstyn, RN will bring her perspective and passion of the plant-based movement and present: The Benefits of Plant-Based Nutrition: Above and Below the Belt. She will not only discuss the power of plants to prevent and reverse common western illnesses 'above the belt,' but the uplifting power of plants 'below the belt' for men and women alike.
