These conferences have energized generations of plant-based enthusiasts.  Each year we reconnect with science-based evidence and with each other, and we leave with renewed zeal to do better and be healthier.

Since our first convention in 1949, our founders, the Natural Hygiene pioneers, encouraged plant-based eating, clean water, fasting, exercise, and more: principles that were way ahead of their time and have since been scientifically validated!

And, because of their efforts, these messages have spread abroad and impacted SO many people in miraculous ways!

And the movement keeps on building…
