Event Description
Event hosted by Vegan Kalamazoo Meetup.

Vegan Night at the downtown location (only) of Theo & Stacy's is available the FIRST FRIDAY of every month, from 4pm - 8pm. (Table service or takeout.)

A group of Vegan Kalamazoo members always gets together informally at 6 pm, and everyone is welcome to join us. We meet at the back of the restaurant and have a sign. (Please leave a comment or message if you would like to, so we can be sure to meet up.)

FASOLATHA A traditional Greek soup made from a variety of beans and fresh tomato, flavored with our secret spices. 5

VEGAN GREEK SALAD A traditional Greek salad with greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, vegan feta, pepperoncini. Served with our homemade Greek dressing. 7

MEDITERRANEAN SALAD A blend of lettuce and kale, quinoa, cucumber, tomato, Kalamata olives, vegan feta, chickpeas and red onion topped with roasted almonds. Served with our homemade Greek dressing and warm pita. 9

Entrees

SOUTZOUKAKIA Soutzoukakia are delicious vegan meatballs made from Impossible meat mixture with onions, garlic, fresh herbs, and a unique spice combination. Served over a bed of rice. 12

VEGAN SPANAKOPITA An authentic and popular Greek dish made with a vegan twist. Rich and flaky layered phyllo filled with spinach, onions, vegan cheeses and herbs served with baby red skin potatoes. 15

VEGAN MOUSAKA A delicious Greek lasagna made with the Impossible ground patty, eggplant and potato and vegan bechamel sauce. 15

VEGAN PASTITSIO A traditional Greek lasagna made with the Impossible ground patty with layered pasta and vegan bechamel sauce. 15

GREEK COMBINATION PLATE A combination of our traditional pastitsio and mousaka served with baby red potatoes. 18

STUFFED TOMATO AND PEPPER Stacy's homemade stuffed pepper and tomato filled with rice, pine nuts and a variety of Greek spices. This entree is both vegan and gluten free. 12

Dessert
BOUGATSA A traditional custard dessert served warm and sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar. 3

MILOPITA Milopita is a moist apple cake full of sweet apples, golden raisins, walnuts and spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. 4 Add Vegan vanilla ice cream 1.00
