Be ready to strap on your goggles and flight cap, (no mask needed) for Triangle Nutritarians first zoom meeting!
This online get together will be a chance for people to participate in meeting others from the group, sharing experience with being nutritarian during this covid time, favorite recipes, (or request one from others), ask questions, and make suggestions for how to make the most of the zoom format for future meetings.
