Well looks like meeting up in person won't be happening for while so.... I am putting on Zoom Talks and meetup (sorry if you are sick of being on it).

Either myself (Lia) or another expert will be giving a short talk about a health topic or about certain foods. Plus you get a chance to chat and meet other like minded people, you may even find people who live near you that you can then meet up with outside....
