Join me for an exploration and walk through the countryside & country roads of Chorleywood & Rickmansworth!

Approximate plan of the day ~>
12pm to 12.30pm ~>
Gather at Tube entrance near the bus stops *newspaper kiosk nearby & market stalls too* at Kings Cross ~ I'll be holding a Vegan Sign! :)

Bring vegan picnic food to share! :)

& wear sensible Shoes , or bring a raincoat, etc, if it might rain, ; you'll only need an Oyster card for this journey :) **

About 12.30pm, head down to catch Metropolitan line to Chorleywood

Arrive about 1.30pm , wait 10 or 15 min for anyone who might meet us there , then walk to Chorleywood common / Wood! :)

2pm onwards ; Picnic & explore the common & woods ; exit about 3 or 3.30pm to begin walk!

3.30pm *ish* ~> Set off, via main road, over motorway, to Loudwater Lane , where we will find a B road, that will take us through countryside near Chess River!

The walk from Chorleywood common to the other end of this winding road will take about an hour or so.

It'll be about 4.30 or 5pm *or later if we've been exploring :) * when we pass by a church, then its just a short walk up to Rickmansworth High Street, with some high street /chain/pub options for dinner & drinks :) *Prezzo Italian & Wetherspoons, 'The Pensylvanian, for example *

The station is 5 minutes from the Prezzo restaurant on the High street ; there are regular trains back to Kings Cross until late :)
