One day only! A four course, pre fixe event. Guest Chef Crystal Hallwood collaborating w owner/operator Jim Morris to turn his bbq joint vegan for the evening. Start with oven roasted Tso cauliflower, then move on to a heart lentil, mushroom & spinach stew. Select your entree, either vegan lasagna (loaded w mushrooms, onion, garlic, spinach, tomatoes, a cashew pesto and more!) or bbq jackfruit w polenta and amazing baked beans.
