In addition, the owners were environmentally aware when selecting the decor for the restaurant; making their tables and benches from “upcycled” reclaimed lumber — trees knocked down from storm damage in Michigan or made out of salvaged barn beams or barn doors.

Experienced chefs will specially prepare an all VEGAN buffet for our enjoyment. Appetizers: Fresh Spring Roll
Tofu and mixed vegetables wrapped in rice paper skin and served with peanut sauce.

Soup: Tom Yum Soup
Spicy lemon grass clear soup with mushrooms with tofu and sprinkled with scallions & cilantro.

Potatoes and curry wrap with fried homemade crust.

Entrees:
Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle)
Sauté rice noodle with bean sprouts, green onions and basil in spicy basil chili paste.

Pad Prew Wahn
Deep-fried tofu in sweet and sour sauce with pineapple, carrots, onions, green peppers, baby corn and water chestnut.

Peanut Curry
Creamy peanut coconut curry simmered with broccoli, bamboo shoots, carrots & tofu.

Pad Woonsen
Sauté clear noodle in sweet brown sauce with mushroom, celery, nappa, broccoli & white onions.

Dessert:
Sticky Rice & Mango
Traditional warm sticky rice served with fresh mango topped with coconut milk and sesame seeds.

NOTE: I have confirmed with the owner that no animal ingredients (fish sauce, oyster sauce or animal broths) will be used to prepare our meals. Each meal will include one fresh spring roll, soup, curry puff and mango dessert. The four entrees will be served buffet style for you to choose from. We will order and pay separately.
