This event is put on by the Kanawaha Valley Vegan Potluck in Charleston WV.

MEAT OUT is an annual event, happening on Wednesday, March 20th. It is the biggest outreach event ever put on by the KANAWHA VALLEY VEGAN POTLUCK (KVVP). More help would make this event even better!

7 WAYS YOU CAN HELP MAKE THIS EVENT A SUCCESS:

1. 12”x20”x3” VEGAN DISH DONATION
(We can’t handle smaller dishes.)
• Bring picnic ware to serve 50-60
• Bring all necessary large serving utensils
• Bring the written recipe
• Be at the event from 5:00-7:30 to serve your dish

2. ADVERTISING & PROMOTION
• Donate $5 (or more) to PayPal:

• Write "Meat Out" in the Note section

3. FOOD PREP
• Help make giant Mac'n’Sheese/ Miso soup(s)
• Give 1-2 hrs of your time and an ingredient (or not).
• Slice, dice, and play nice! We’ll put on some good music. Wine, maybe.

4. SERVERS
• serve Mac’n’Sheese and Miso Soup
• Be at event from 5:00-7:30

5. PHOTOGRAPHERS
• Cell phones sufficient. Post on KVVP group timeline.

6. DISHWASHERS
• Wash stainless steel flatware to reduce plastic trash
• Need 2 people
• Be at event 5:30 to 7:30.

7. BOTTLED WATER SERVER
• Donate water. We need 96 bottles water (~$15 total)
• Serve water at event fr. 5:30-7:00

This event is free to the public. Whatever is left will be given to the Kanawha County Humane Association.
