Welcome to our monthly Veg Night Out! This month we'll be visiting
Industry City, Brooklyn. This venue used to known as Bush Terminal, which was not only one of the first and largest integrated cargo and manufacturing sites in the world, but also served as a model for other industrial parks and offered employment to tens of thousands of workers. Besides funding other important buildings such as the Bush Tower and Bush House, it served during both World Wars, influenced the design of the Brooklyn Army Terminal, and affected the growth of Brooklyn and New York City!

We plan to hangout and socialize at Industry City near Building 6 courtyard. With Standard Wormwood Distillery / Barrow's Intense Ginger / Fort Hamilton Distillery + Fortress Bar / Brooklyn Kura making their products on site, you can try Brooklyn made liquors + brews and experience distillery tours (if available) led by the founders. With all the wonderful vegetarians and vegans who attend each of our events, every event we do is liked by our members, but our "Veg Night Out!" events are the most popular of all. People enjoy the fact they can mingle (speak with lots of different people), and they love the beautiful venues that we go to. Join us for a stellar evening of lively conversation and lovely surroundings with fellow vegetarians and vegans.

For our new members: this is an incredibly friendly and welcoming group. We'll be hanging out by the Building 6 courtyard, and you can get to know all our wonderful members.

This event has no cover and no minimum. But please do buy a drink or two, or as many as you like. Also, Non-alcoholic beverage is available at the venue. Dress comfortably!

We might catch Live Music happening on Thursday Nights. Industry City will be the perfect location for us to chill and enjoy the evening.

TRAIN DIRECTIONS: Take the D/ N/ R train to 36 Street Subway Station, just 0.3 mile/ 5 min walk to Industry City Building 6 courtyard.
