Welcome to our monthly Veg Night Out! This month we'll be visiting
Citrovia (Manhattan Art Scape) at Hudson yards, Midtown. This conveniently located outdoor venue at Manhattan West, offers a great open breathable space to chill + if you crave vegan food or want to grab a vegan drink or two - we got Jajaja Mexicana to rescue, just a hop, skip and a jump away from Citrovia!

As A+D states "Enter Citrovia, a whimsical 30,000-square-foot art installation comprising more than 700 handcrafted, exceptionally detailed plaster lemons (and 3,800 handcrafted steel and foam painted leaves). The playful and slightly surreal lemon grove in Manhattan West is perhaps the only place in the city where it’s never dark, rainy, nor dismal, courtesy of the overhead lighting displays creating colorful moods behind two layers of pillowy white fabric (designed to mimic clouds).. It’s always blue skies here.."

We plan to hangout and socialize at Citrovia and walk towards Jajaja Mexicana outdoor dining space right outside Whole Foods. Also, please note that getting a take out from Whole Foods is also an option, if you wish. In any case, please do support local veg*n venues.

With all the wonderful vegetarians and vegans who attend each of our events, every event we do is liked by our members, but our "Veg Night Out!" events are the most popular of all. People enjoy the fact they can mingle (speak with lots of different people), and they love the beautiful venues that we go to. Join us for a stellar evening of lively conversation and lovely surroundings with fellow vegetarians and vegans.

For our new members: this is an incredibly friendly and welcoming group. We'll be hanging out by Manhattan West, and you can get to know all our wonderful members.

This event has no cover and no minimum. But please do plan to visit Jajaja Mexicana buy some food, buy a drink or two, or as many as you like. Also, Non-alcoholic beverage is available at the venue. Dress comfortably!

TRAIN DIRECTIONS: Take the A/C/E train to 34th St Penn Station , just 0.4 mile/ 2 min walk to Manhattan West Plaza/Citrovia.
