On the main stage, you will hear from national experts about the benefits of transitioning to a vegan lifestyle, which may include focus on aging, athletics, cardiovascular health and more. Don’t miss the demonstration stage where bite-sized presentations may include how to prepare healthy smoothies, how to grow a kitchen garden and more.
