  • Brooke Goldner, MD – Dr. Goldner is a board certified medical doctor and the best-selling author of Goodbye Lupus. She has been featured in multiple documentaries such as Eating You Alive, Whitewashed, and The Conspiracy Against Your Health. She will be speaking on,  Health and Healing Using Supermarket Foods
  • Milton Mills, MD – Dr. Milton Mills is the Associate Director of Preventive Medicine with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) and co-author of PCRM’s report on Racial and Ethnic Bias in the U.S. Dietary Guidelines. He will be speaking to,  Are Humans Designed to Eat Meat?
  • Wes Youngberg, DrPH, MPH, FACLM – Dr. Wes Youngberg is a lifestyle medicine specialist and a clinical nutritionist. He has authored the books Goodbye Diabetes, and Hello Healthy, and is speaker for the educational video series Diabetes Undone. He will be speaking on, Dissolving Dementia with Diet: The basis of preventing and reversing memory loss
  • Chef Educator Lisa Rice – Chef Educator Lisa Rice has been teaching plant-based cooking for over two decades. She is a Health Coach at the Austin Whole Foods Medical & Wellness Center, led by physicians Matt Lederman and Alona Pulde. In her daily work, Lisa teaches classes and consults with patients seeking to reverse hypertension, diabetes, and other conditions responsive to a plant-based diet. She will be speaking to, Elevate Your Plate
