This is a family-friendly event that welcomes the curious and all who believe in fueling a healthy mind and body. With special vendors Plantbased Drippin’ and Shilachef and other surprises we are sure you will drool over this culinary experience.

The vision to become intentional in reaching communities, to educate them on the importance of plant-based living and become the bridge for otherwise disconnected communities to connect, ensure diversity was a focus… led to the creation of The Black Vegan Experience! This event is an extraordinary marriage of an educational conference AND vegan festival where people from all backgrounds come together to CONNECT, LEARN and GROW as they are exposed to the message and tastes of Veganism. Our mission is to Empower others via Education. 

The Organizer and Administrative Team can “TEACH” everywhere we go. We get to REACH military, non-vegans, youth, LGBTQ (and all other marginalized groups identified in our society) everywhere we go. Everywhere we go, we are making a difference by engendering TOGETHERNESS… the most important component of our humanity. Now, we get to take this message across the US, one state at a time, removing the social stereotypes surrounding Black culture and Veganism and have a blast along the way!
