Everyone has to contend with events and circumstances in their daily life that can create negative feelings.

We all experience stress in our lives and it can affect you adversely at one time or another.

When we are knocked off our equilibrium, everything seems more difficult to handle, even something that we might normally do easily can seem daunting.

In this workshop you will learn all about stress, the negative effects it can have, as well as well as what you can do to alleviate stress. You will leave this workshop equipped with some new information and tools so that you can STRESS LESS.

Course Outline:

  • The food and mood connection.
  • Foods that support your adrenal system.
  • What kinesiology can do for you to relieve stress.
  • Pinpointing what may be causing your stress and how to relieve stress.
  • Performing your own Emotional Stress Release for yourself

A nourishing supper will be provided for you, using real, whole foods, for you to snack on while you learn. Recipes and kinesiology stress relief techniques will be provided for you to take home with you.
