Join Nicole, yoga instructor and Ayurvedic health counselor. and Marina, whole food plant based health coach, speaker, and recipe developer, for a beautiful, breezy walk along the coastline at Sunset Cliffs, enjoy yoga and peaceful meditation on the cliffs, delicious plant based food, and a workshop on plant based nourishment for body, mind and soul.

Homemade hummus with dippers
Luscious bliss balls

Please bring a warm jacket (in case it gets chilly), yoga mat, plates, forks, knives and spoons for personal use (in an effort to conserve the environment and avoid single-use plastic), and get ready for a peaceful evening for your soul.

About Nicole Van Logtenberg
RYT 200hr Vinyasa, Hatha, Trauma Yoga, 650hr Ayurvedic Health Counselor

Nicole is a passionate, free spirited yogi who travels the world sharing her practice with aspiring yogis. Nicole began her yoga journey at 12 years old when she found yoga helped her through unexpected health challenges. Yoga was her saving grace that strengthened and healed her body, mind and spirit. Nicole’s personal journey inspired her to share her knowledge and wisdom to other yogis, helping her find her voice and develop into a strong, wise and passionate yoga teacher.

Nicole is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Plant-Based Chef, triathlete, and motivational speaker that is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect their mind, body and spirit through movement, meditation and personal experiences. Her love for yoga and traveling lead her to explore many different styles of yoga, meditation and dance, by integrating the best practices from many cultures such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Krya, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy Shamanism and Nidra yoga as well as Pranadance and West African dance to liberate the energy and let the spirit be free.

Nicole’s retreats and classes are in welcoming, safe environments for people to work on defining and building their purpose while improving overall health through yoga, nutrition, and self exploration. Nicole's connection to nature inspires her programs to be uplifting and allow for creativity and challenge in every way. Through a variety of poses and conscious sequencing her students develop physical strength, flexibility and balance. In turn, a connection with their true self forms and strengthens, healing from daily living and spiritual nourishment occurs and lastly clarity in the mind and a peaceful disposition.

About Marina Yanay-Triner, Soul in the Raw

Marina is a plant based health coach and recipe developer who has taught hundreds of people how to transition to the plant based lifestyle. Marina creates quick, easy, and delicious vegan recipes and writes about the health benefits of a plant-based diet rich in fresh foods, focusing on evidence-based nutrition information. She helps clients go and stick to plant based eating through her one on one and group coaching programs. She has also facilitated dialogue groups for the last 10 years, and is very passionate about the group healing process.
Marina went vegan over 7 years ago, inspired by her mother's incredible healing story of reversing a crippling bladder disease. She has been able to reverse her own PMS symptoms and encourage emotional healing from trauma as a result of this transition. She is incredibly passionate about the vegan diet for human health, animal welfare, and the well-being of our planet, all of which she envisions as holistic and co-dependent.
