SLC VegFest is a community festival organized by Utah Animal Rights Coalition (UARC), a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Salt Lake City. The event is free, open to the public, family-friendly, and run entirely by volunteers. The event is a celebration of veganism and plant-based eating, featuring dozens of exhibitors, most of which are local businesses.

SLC VegFest is not just an event for vegans. It’s a day of fun activities and delicious food for the entire community. According to attendee surveys, 48% of attendees of our last VegFest event were not vegan. Our primary audience is Utahns interested in helping animals, reducing their ecological footprint, supporting local green businesses, living healthier, as well as anyone just wanting to enjoy a fun outdoor festival with their friends or family.
