Simply Sarj provides freshly cooked and delicious International Fusion Cuisine that is Plant-Based and Vegan from the iconic Adelaide Central market on 5 days a week to vegans and non-vegan foodies.
Sarj is a cook of Malaysian/Indian heritage and she won a Chefs' Hat Trophy for her winning vegan curry puffs on SBS TV.
