We're gettin' the gang back together for a safe, socially distanced run + plant-powered refuel at vegan-friendly Roland Park Bagels (yes, they still carry Little Fig Bake Shop!), and runners of ALL LEVELS and humans of all diets are invited! We have a few new precautions to take so we can resume these fun events safely:
~ All runners MUST wear a mask before, during and after the run
~ We will run physically distanced, and masks can be removed on the run where you have 6+ feet of distance from others and are not directly behind another runner's "stream"
~ You can pre-order your food from Roland Park Bagels so you can easily pick it up post-run OR you can order at the counter. Masks MUST be worn inside the shop
~ We'll meet out front at 8:30a and head out to enjoy the beeeeeautiful rolling hills of Roland Park and beyond (route will be posted on the event page)
~ Hugs, handshakes and high-fives are off the menu for now, folks, and social distancing will be practiced post run.

~ You are healthy and have not been knowingly exposed to others with COVID-19 within the last two weeks
~ There is an inherent increased COVID-19 risk by being around other humans
~ You will not hold NMA Baltimore responsible for any consequence of our gathering
~ You agree to adhere to the safety requirements, including wearing a facial covering and maintaining distance between yourself and others.
