rawfoodcharlotte had meetings at Earth Fare in Ballantyne for several years. Now they meet in the Matthews Community Center on the third Thursday of every month at 9:30AM. I’ve posted it on Meetup, so more people can know about it. This group has interesting and educational meetings.
Usually someone demonstrates how to prepare a main dish, cold soup, juicies/smoothies, sprouting, or a dessert. Attendees share educational information, gardening tips, veg/herb seeds, and recipes.
Occasionally they have a potluck. I will post here or in the comments below if it will be a raw food potluck, or what the demo will be if they notify me.
