Hello,

Whether you're a seasoned vegetarian or vegan, beginning your journey, or just thinking about it, please join us for a virtual brunch hosted by V-Learning Community. We’ll begin our visit by sharing the vegan fare we’ve made, a favorite kitchen tool, product or ingredient.

Rabbits are a part of our culture. They’re linked to holidays, represented in cinema like Alice in Wonderland, and symbols for cruelty free products.  We’ll watch film clips to learn about their life underground in borrows, including their relationships, hierarchies, and intricate homes. Conversation and activities will be woven throughout.

Our cooking demo will be homemade vegan scrambled eggs with cheese and sautéed vegetables. Please refer to the list of ingredients and kitchen tools, if you’d like to follow along in your own kitchen.

Ingredients: tofu, cashews, salt, vegan milk (like soy, coconut, almond, or hemp), nutritional yeast, and probiotic.

Vegetables (optional): broccoli, mushrooms and peppers.

Kitchen Tools: blender and cooking pan

We’ll wind down the event with some community time to chat about documentaries, books, websites, upcoming events, and whatever else interests us.
