Artichoke Spinach Dip: Cashew Nuts, Fresh-made Almond Creme, Miso, Sautéed Artichokes & Spinach; Sprinkled w/Vegan Bacon Chips; plus Flatbread

 

Entrées

Wild Mushroom Ramen: Japanese-based Broth, Tahini, Home-made aged Miso, Chili Oil, Bok Choy, Shiitake & Black Mushrooms; Topped w/Sesame Seeds, Sansho Powder, Chives (**Rice Noodles for GF option**)

Impossible Kofta Kebabs: Impossible Burger, Tahini Sauce, Mint Cilantro Chutney w/side of Greek Salad Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Home-made Vegan Feta Cheese, Red Onions, Green Peppers, Mint) & Herbed EVOO; plus Flatbread

Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts: Pan-fried in Olive Oil & tossed in Kung Pao Sauce

**Aside from the Impossible Burger meat, every dish contains all house-made ingredients (including the feta cheese and almond milk). Not only cruelty-free, but healthier "whole" ingredients and non-processed. A win-win!**
