Event Description
This class was so successful, they are putting it on again, Wed. Jan 29th, 6-8pm. Come hungry, and bring take-home containers - you'll be having a fantastic dinner!
This delicious hands-on cooking class by MiChelle Franzen is part of the Livingston Adult Education program.

With just a few adjustments, Thai food can be prepared using 100% plant-based ingredients!
During this interactive cooking class, we will make Sweet Potato & Chickpea Green Curry and learn how to wrap Fresh Spring Rolls.
There will be an opportunity to sample our creations with homemade peanut sauce and compare how different cooking methods can transform the texture of tofu.
There will also be a demonstration of how quick and easy an air fryer can make “the best tofu EVER!”
Bring an appetite and containers for left overs.

MiChelle Franzen has been cooking since she was 9 years old and enjoys exploring new flavors in food. Her passion for food has inspired her to start a mobile kitchen, sharing soups, salads and specials prepared with fresh, local 100% plant-based ingredients, coming to Livingston Farmers’ Market 2020.
