The African American Community Partnership Group of Lake County, AACPG, is inviting you to a virtual three-part series that introduces and explains plant-based eating and its benefits. The three, one-hour long, Facebook Live events, will provide key information on the why and how to transition to a plant-based eating lifestyle. (Wednesdays, January 12th, 19th and 26th at 6 pm CST) Join our panelists, Meryl Fury MS, RN and Kandance Jackson, Vegan Chef, in lively, information filled discussions facilitated by Brandon Buchanan, FACHE. The discussions will include testimonials from people that have transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle and have experienced amazing health benefits from changing their eating habits.

Questions to be addressed by the panel can be emailed to or submitted live during each session.
