Come and join us for our Themed Healthy Living Plant Based (vegan/plant based/oil free) “Cook with Me “Cooking Class. If you ever wanted to know more about living a healthy lifestyle or just are curious about plant based recipes, then this class is for you.
Gluten free baking is a class that many of you have asked for over the years. If you want hands on to really learn how to make delicious gluten free foods, then this class is for you. I will be partnering with Guest Chef: Monica Poole who will talk about everything gluten, will share tips and tricks and also walk you through hands on kneading and baking yeast based breads (sweet and savory), all purpose gluten free cookies, multi grain gluten free pancakes and gluten free pizza dough.
Monica will also bring with her different types of gluten free flours that you can purchase for at home use and extra gluten free breads to enjoy and take home.

Our menu includes:
• Savory Yeast Based Bread
• Sweet (Cinnamon Raisin or Hazelnut Date) Yeast Based Bread
• Gluten Free Cookies
• Multigrain Gluten Free Pancakes
• Gluten Free Pizza Dough (we will make pizzas also)
and of course a fun appetizer to try when you arrive.

Within the classes we will also feature our resident Nutritionist, Jerry Casados, who will share nutritional information and help all of us understand why living a healthy lifestyle is important. The Plant Based Kitchen Cooking School will accommodate 12 attendees per session for a more personalized “Cook with Me” approach.
The cost of the class is $45.00 per person. To permanently hold your space in the February 15th, 2020 “Cook with Me” cooking classes with the Plant Based Kitchen, please register on this site and pay via we pay.
