Attendees will learn how to involve their children in the kitchen in preparing plant-based meals using whole food ingredients. We will also provide some ideas for packing a plant-based lunchbox. Bring your children and let's have some fun!

This plant-based cooking demonstration is $15 per adult, which includes food tastings and print-outs of the recipes used. Please also select the free child's ticket for each of your children so we know how many people to expect. The kitchen can only accommodate 30 people total.
