Outside of stocking your fridge with Nature’s Plate meals, what are the keys to successful meal prep? A few staples and sauces! Seriously — if you have a few basics and a couple of great sauces, you can be set for the week with delicious, healthy food.
Join our next cooking class/demo to learn how to prepare some staples and to make some of our most popular sauces! We will show you how to make:
Quinoa (it may sound easy but we’ll share a foolproof method for fluffy quinoa every time)
Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
Lemon Tahini Dressing
Lime Cilantro Dressing
Then, we will all put together bowls and eat!
Tuesday, Oct 22nd, 6-8pm at our Lake Highlands kitchen (10233 E. Northwest Hwy, Ste 432, Dallas)
The class is demonstration format:
- We’ll show you how each recipe is made
- Class size limited to 10 participants – so everyone can get their questions answered and leave knowing how to replicate everything at home
- Dinner included
- BYOB – we provide cups/glasses and ice if needed
- You leave with a copy of the recipes!
