Get up close + personal with rescued animals + strengthen your commitment to compassionate living.
Start the workshop with award-winning chef and co-author of our cookbook, Compassionate Cuisine, Linda Soper-Kolton. You'll get to sample some delicious vegan food AND Linda will also demonstrate how to make Tofu Egg Salad and Buffalo Mozzarella Skewers.
Then stroll down the hill and fall in love with our rescued cows and chickens! You'll get an exclusive tour experience led by our founder, Kathy Stevens. We'll have time to connect deeply with the cows, learning what cow kisses feel like, and having a chance to touch and brush their velvety coats. With the chickens, we'll listen to their unique language, learn how to hold them, and if we're lucky, we'll even get to hear them purring with contentment! Kathy will share their rescue stories and teach you about the importance of compassionate living by going in-depth about the egg and dairy industry.
We're so excited to support you in your vegan journey!
(This event is rain or shine)
Note: Because of the educational nature of this tour, attendance is not recommended for young children.
Whether you're a longtime veggie or just starting out — or you're veg-curious and don't know where to begin — All are welcome!
All proceeds go directly to our hundreds of rescued farmed animals.
Ticket Cost: $25
